We use third-party advertising platforms — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and potentially TikTok and LinkedIn — to run advertising campaigns and to measure their effectiveness. These platforms use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • Show you our ads on their platforms
  • Show you our ads on other websites in their networks

06How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense (e.g. for monetary payment to data brokers). We share personal information with the following categories of third parties in the course of operating our business:

For any other purpose with your express consent.

07Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, tax, or reporting requirements. Specifically:

  • Customer records: retained for at least 7 years from the date of last purchase for tax, accounting, and chargeback purposes.
  • Marketing email subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe; after unsubscribe we keep a suppression record indefinitely to honor your opt-out.
  • Support communications: retained for at least 2 years.
  • Analytics data: retained according to the retention settings of each analytics provider (typically 14–26 months).

When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

08Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and selection of reputable service providers.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and email access secure.

16Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them. However, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable.
